We would love to make a positive difference to your family.
OUR PROCESS
-
phone consultation (1)
Finding your nanny begins with a phone consultation where we discuss your family’s specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle. This initial conversation allows us to understand the qualities that are most important to you in a nanny.
-
Registration & agreement (2)
Following the consultation, we invite you to formally register with our nanny agency, providing detailed information that will aid in the search for your ideal nanny. At this stage, a service agreement is signed, outlining our commitment to you and clarifying the terms of our professional relationship
-
candidate search (3)
Leveraging our extensive database and network, we conduct a targeted search for candidates who meet your specific criteria. Each potential nanny undergoes a rigorous screening process, including in-depth interviews, background checks, verification of qualifications, and reference checks.
-
candidate presentation (4)
We present you with a curated selection of candidates who have passed our stringent screening process. For each nanny, we provide a comprehensive profile that includes their qualifications, experience, and a detailed assessment of their suitability for your family.
-
interviews (5)
We arrange interviews between you and the selected candidates at a time convenient for you. These can be conducted via video call or in person, depending on your preference and the current health guidelines.
-
Trial period (6)
Before you hire a nanny, we recommend a trial period. This allows both the nanny and your family to ensure the arrangement feels right for everyone involved, particularly focusing on how well the nanny integrates with your family and interacts with your children.
-
Employment agreement (7)
If the trial period is successful, we assist in finalising the employment agreement between you and your nanny. This includes negotiating terms such as hours, salary, and any specific responsibilities, ensuring all legal and regulatory considerations are addressed.
-
Ongoing Support (8)
After placement, we continue to offer support and guidance. We check in periodically to ensure that the relationship continues to be successful and to address any emerging needs or concerns.
-
professional development (9)
We provide ongoing professional development opportunities for our nannies to ensure they remain informed about the latest in childcare practices and early childhood education.
